Welcome to Bangkok Airport Ride. These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and transportation services provided or arranged by Bangkok Airport Ride. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

A THB 500 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your booking is considered confirmed after the required deposit has been successfully paid and you receive a booking confirmation from Bangkok Airport Ride.

The THB 500 deposit forms part of your total transportation fare and is not an additional charge.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including the passenger name, contact details, pickup location, destination, travel date, pickup time, flight number where applicable, number of passengers, luggage requirements, and any special requests.

Please notify us as soon as possible if any booking information changes.

2. Prices, Deposit and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).

A THB 500 deposit is required to confirm a booking. The deposit is deducted from the total fare, and the remaining balance is payable before departure.

For example, if the total confirmed fare is THB 1,500, the THB 500 deposit forms part of that fare and the remaining balance is THB 1,000.

Available payment methods for the deposit will be displayed or communicated during the booking process.

Any additional services, waiting time, route changes, additional stops, or other requests not included in the confirmed booking may result in additional charges. Where reasonably practicable, applicable additional charges will be communicated before the additional service is provided.

3. Airport Pickup and Flight Tracking

For airport pickups, customers must provide the correct flight number and arrival information.

Where flight information is available, Bangkok Airport Ride may monitor the flight status to help coordinate the pickup time.

Complimentary waiting time is:

• International flight arrivals: up to 60 minutes

• Domestic flight arrivals: up to 30 minutes

Waiting time is generally calculated from the actual flight arrival time or the confirmed pickup time, as applicable to the booking.

Additional waiting time may be subject to additional charges and driver availability.

4. Flight Delays

When accurate flight information has been provided, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the airport pickup according to the updated flight arrival time.

If a flight is significantly delayed, diverted, cancelled, or rescheduled, service availability may be affected. Please contact us as soon as possible if your travel plans change.

Bangkok Airport Ride will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight schedule changes but cannot guarantee vehicle or driver availability in every circumstance.

5. Meeting the Driver or Airport Representative

Customers should keep the contact information provided with their booking available on arrival.

If you cannot locate your driver or airport representative, please contact Bangkok Airport Ride before leaving the pickup location or arranging alternative transportation.

Leaving the pickup location without contacting us may affect eligibility for a refund where the driver or airport representative was present or attempting to contact you.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless a different cancellation policy is stated during booking:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be non-refundable.

• No-shows may be non-refundable.

The THB 500 deposit is subject to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Any approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible. Payment processor, card issuer, or banking processing times may affect how long the refund takes to appear.

Any non-refundable third-party costs or specifically arranged services will be disclosed where applicable.

7. No-Show Policy

A passenger may be considered a no-show if the passenger cannot be located or contacted after the applicable waiting period and does not contact Bangkok Airport Ride for assistance.

For non-airport pickups, passengers should be ready at the confirmed pickup location and time.

If you expect to be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Luggage

Customers are responsible for selecting a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and amount of luggage.

Vehicle capacities shown on our website are intended as general guidance. Actual capacity may vary depending on luggage size, shape, and passenger requirements.

Oversized luggage, sports equipment, wheelchairs, baby strollers, or other special items should be disclosed when booking.

If the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate the passengers and luggage because complete information was not provided, a larger or additional vehicle may be required and additional charges may apply.

9. Child Seats

Child seats may be available upon advance request and are subject to availability.

Customers should provide the child's age and other information requested when booking so that an appropriate option can be considered.

Availability of a requested child seat should be confirmed before travel.

10. Vehicle Categories and Substitutions

Vehicle photographs, brands, and models displayed on our website may be representative of a vehicle category unless a specific model is expressly guaranteed in the booking confirmation.

When operationally necessary, Bangkok Airport Ride may provide or arrange an equivalent or higher-category vehicle without additional charge to the customer.

Passenger and luggage capacity requirements will be considered when arranging a substitute vehicle.

11. Transportation Partners

Depending on operational requirements, location, vehicle availability, and the nature of the booking, transportation services may be provided using company-operated vehicles or fulfilled through trusted transportation partners.

Bangkok Airport Ride remains the customer's point of contact for bookings made directly with us.

12. Route Changes and Additional Stops

The confirmed price applies to the route and services specified in the booking confirmation.

Additional stops, significant route changes, additional waiting time, or changes to the destination requested by the customer may result in additional charges and are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

13. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver.

Seat belts should be worn where provided.

Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.

Passengers must not engage in unlawful, dangerous, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.

Bangkok Airport Ride or the service provider may refuse or discontinue transportation where continuing the journey would reasonably create a safety or legal risk.

14. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, road closures, government restrictions, natural disasters, flight disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Bangkok Airport Ride will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked service but cannot guarantee a specific journey duration or arrival time where delays result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Lost Property

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

If you believe you have left an item in a vehicle, please contact Bangkok Airport Ride as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help locate the item but cannot guarantee recovery.

Reasonable delivery or shipping costs may apply if a recovered item needs to be returned.

16. Privacy

Personal information is collected and used for purposes including processing bookings, providing transportation services, customer support, payment administration, safety, and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

Bangkok Airport Ride may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to a booking will generally be those presented or made available when the booking is made, except where a change is required by applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under applicable law.
