For airport pickups with valid flight information, we monitor flight arrival updates and adjust your pickup arrangement when necessary to help make your airport arrival as smooth as possible.
Flight Delay Policy
At Bangkok Airport Ride, we understand that flight schedules can change. For airport pickups with valid flight information, we monitor available flight arrival information and make reasonable efforts to adjust your pickup timing when necessary for delayed or early arrivals.
Please provide your correct flight number when making your booking so we can coordinate your airport pickup as accurately as possible.
How We Handle Flight Delays
• Flight Arrival Monitoring – We monitor available flight arrival information using the flight number provided with your booking.
• Pickup Coordination – If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we make reasonable efforts to adjust your pickup timing based on the updated flight information.
• Driver & Airport Representative Coordination – We coordinate relevant arrival-time changes with the assigned driver, airport representative, or transportation partner where applicable.
• Customer Support – Our support team is available to assist if your flight schedule changes or you need help with your airport pickup.
A normal airline flight delay does not automatically constitute a passenger No Show.
Complimentary Airport Waiting Time
For airport pickups, complimentary waiting time is:
• International flight arrivals: up to 60 minutes
• Domestic flight arrivals: up to 30 minutes
Waiting time is generally calculated from the actual flight arrival time or the confirmed pickup time, as applicable to your booking.
If you experience immigration delays, baggage delays, lost luggage, or another issue that may prevent you from reaching the designated meeting point within the applicable waiting period, please contact Bangkok Airport Ride as soon as possible.
Additional waiting time may be subject to driver availability and additional charges.
Flight Cancellation or Major Schedule Change
If your airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, please contact Bangkok Airport Ride as soon as possible.
Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to adjust or reschedule your airport transfer based on vehicle and driver availability.
Significant schedule changes, flight cancellations, airport changes, travel-date changes, or rebooking to a different flight may require a new pickup arrangement and are subject to availability.
If rescheduling is not possible, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Important Flight Information
Please make sure the flight information provided with your booking is accurate.
• Provide your correct flight number when booking.
• If your airline changes your flight number, arrival airport, arrival date, or scheduled arrival time, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If you miss your flight or change to a different flight, please inform us immediately.
• Flight monitoring depends on the accuracy and availability of information provided by airlines and third-party flight information sources.
• Incorrect or incomplete flight information may affect our ability to monitor your flight and coordinate your airport pickup.
Changes to Your Booking
Changes to your flight, arrival airport, pickup date, route, vehicle category, or other material booking details may affect your original transfer arrangement.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, but all changes are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply if a requested change materially affects the route, travel date, vehicle requirement, waiting time, or operating cost of the service. We will inform you of any applicable additional charge before confirming the change.
Cannot Find Your Driver or Airport Representative?
If you cannot locate your driver or airport representative at the designated meeting point, please contact Bangkok Airport Ride before leaving the airport or arranging alternative transportation.
Our team will assist you with locating your driver, airport representative, or confirming your pickup arrangement.
