Airport Meeting Points
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
After collecting your luggage and completing immigration, customs, and arrival procedures, please follow the meeting instructions provided with your booking.
Your driver or airport representative will meet you at the designated meeting point with a personalized name sign and assist you to your private transfer vehicle.
Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)
After collecting your luggage and completing the applicable arrival procedures, please follow the meeting instructions provided with your booking.
Your driver or airport representative will meet you at the designated meeting point with a personalized name sign and assist you to your private transfer vehicle.
Flight Tracking & Delays
For airport pickups with valid flight information, Bangkok Airport Ride monitors your flight status and makes reasonable efforts to adjust your pickup timing when necessary for delayed or early arrivals.
Please provide your correct flight number when booking so we can coordinate your airport pickup accordingly.
A normal airline flight delay does not automatically constitute a passenger No Show.
Complimentary Airport Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time for airport pickups is:
• International flight arrivals: up to 60 minutes
• Domestic flight arrivals: up to 30 minutes
If you experience immigration delays, baggage delays, lost luggage, or any other issue that may prevent you from reaching the meeting point within the applicable waiting period, please contact Bangkok Airport Ride as soon as possible.
Additional waiting time may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Booking & Deposit
A THB 500 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The deposit forms part of your total transportation fare and is not an additional charge. The remaining balance is payable before departure.

If you cannot locate your driver or airport representative at the designated meeting point, please contact Bangkok Airport Ride before leaving the airport or arranging alternative transportation.
